You will need a measuring tape and a bra that's either unlined or minimally padded
STEP 1
Circumference of Your Bust
Gently encircle the fullest part of your bust with the measuring tape, ensuring it's not too tight. Ensure the tape runs evenly across your back. Record the measurement in inches, rounding up if you fall between sizes.
STEP 2
Circumference of the Band Under Your Bust
Carefully encircle your ribcage, just beneath the bust, with the measuring tape. Ensure it's snug but not overly tight. Keep the tape level and parallel to the ground, allowing it to gently embrace your body.
For measurements that yield an odd number, round up to the next even number (for instance, 35 inches becomes 36 inches). This number represents your band size.
STEP 3
Final Calculation
Subtract the result from step 2 from the one in step 1.
The difference will define
your cup size.
